The PROFESSIONAL TECHNIQUES IN CAKE DECORATING MODULE is our most popular course where we show you exactly how we do things in our own prestigious kitchen! You will take home some of Barbara’s delicious BAD ASS recipes, including her signature CARROT ORANGE & HONEY CAKE and light as a feather BELGIAN CHOCOLATE CAKE.

You’ll learn how to expertly prepare your cakes for both sugarpaste and buttercream, each with a flawlessly smooth finish and sharp edges.

We will guide you through the technique of safely and securely stacking your cakes and discuss important factors such as delivery and set-up.

Our first class is our VALENTINE'S BAKING EXPERIENCE. You'll leave the class with a beautiful centrepiece creation that you can use as a prop for your proposal or as a gift to enjoy and share with your loved one or family. BOOK THIS ASAP!
