Standard cake flavours are; Vanilla, Caramel, Lemon Curd, Chocolate, Strawberry Shortcake, Raspberry Ripple, Mango, Pineapple & Coconut, Lime & Coconut, Jamaican Rum, and Jamaican Ginger. If you don’t see your favourite flavour don’t worry, we can work to your specifications. All are finished in chocolate ganache, or buttercream and fondant as per your preference.
