Cakes can be decorated with a wide range of fillings and finished in chocolate, buttercream, rice paper, biscuits, meringue, croquant, fondant, pulled sugar or left with an undecorated edge. Our Jamaican Rum is a very popular choice for at least one tier of your wedding cake.
